Franchise Referral Terms & Conditions

To receive the referral fee the prospective Franchisee must become a fully trained and working Franchisee within the Jim’s Jumping Castles and Party Hire division ONLY.

Immediate family members cannot refer each other (cannot qualify for the referral fee).

The prospective Franchisee must be a fully trained Franchisee within the Jims Jumping Castles & Party Hire division within 2 months of the initial referral.

The prospective franchisee must be self funded (not with finance) for the referral to apply.

Payment will be made within 30 days of the referred Franchisee’s starting date via EFT ONLY.

The referral must occur prior to any enquiry by the prospective Franchisee.

The prospective Franchisee needs to confirm that you know them.
